The most difficult project is always your own. What do you build when you want to live in it yourself? The obvious answer: something fantastic! A high-rise building from the 1970s was revitalised with a new, impressive façade at a central location in Düsseldorf and marketed as FANTASTIC FORTY FOUR – the first office premises with superpowers, offering over 13,000 m² of the latest office space and with the city’s biggest LED wall.
The building impressed us as well as renowned companies from various industries. Another fantastic highlight of the FORTY FOUR is our “Planet Development” office concept, an interior design that is out of this world. You can get an initial impression of it on page 144. You’ll get a better impression when you visit.
